My order didn’t end up matching what I originally picked, and a few wrong parts showed up. It threw off my timing and slowed the whole project down. Support did help get it sorted, but it took a little while, so it was definitely frustrating. Just a heads-up to anyone ordering: I’d recommend double-checking everything closely when it arrives so you can catch any issues early

I thought I’d have this set up quickly, but the install ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. I kept thinking I was just one step away, and then something else would slow me down. Once it was finally done, I was relieved, but getting there was definitely a pain.

I reached out with a question about my order they got back to me faster than I expected. From my experience, the support was solid, it did take a couple of messages to fully clear things up, but they were helpful the whole time and never came across rude. I just think the first reply could’ve included a bit more detail so it didn’t take the extra back and forth. Overall though, good customer service.

I ordered a few parts from eliteracefab.com the packaging stood out right away. Everything was wrapped snugly, and I noticed there wasn’t that annoying rattling sound when I picked up the box, which is always a good sign. The outside of the box had a bit of normal shipping wear on the corners, but inside everything was clean, secure, and exactly where it should’ve been. No dents, no scratches, not even scuffed edges on the parts. It’s a small thing, but you can tell they actually take a minute to pack orders properly instead of just tossing stuff in a box.

I ordered something from Elite Race Fab and, yeah, the shipping was slower than I figured it would be. I don’t know if it was just the item I picked or timing or what, but it definitely took a while.
I was expecting some wait, just not that much, and the updates weren’t super clear either. I kept having to check on it myself because I wasn’t really sure where things were at.
Once it finally showed up, the product was fine, so it wasn’t a total loss or anything. Just kind of annoying overall because the waiting part made the whole experience less smooth than I hoped.

I mostly paid attention to the overall feel and finish, and it seems decent enough for what it is. It’s not something that really wowed me, but it doesn’t feel cheap either. There are a couple little imperfections if you look closely, so I’d say the quality is okay, just not perfect.

I was browsing eliteracefab.com it was straightforward. The pages loaded well, the menus actually made sense, and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of random pages just to find parts. Checkout looked simple too. I always appreciate when a site respects your time and doesn’t try to make things more confusing than they need to be. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Fair prices and worth it in the end"
I checked a few other sites first, and these prices seemed reasonable for what you get. I was a little unsure at first, especially since shipping wasn’t the cheapest, but once the parts arrived I felt relieved because they were definitely worth the money. I’d buy from them again if the pricing stays about the same...

"Welds looked rough for the price"
The part showed up in a reasonable amount of time, but the welds made me stop and think, how is this okay? Some areas were uneven with little blobs, and one edge looked like it was rushed. It technically works, I guess, but for what I paid, I expected the finish to be a lot cleaner.

Found Elite Race Fab through a deal site and decided to give them a shot. Prices were solid compared to other retailers, and the order process was easy. Shipping didn’t take long, and the part showed up exactly as listed.
Customer service was responsive and helpful when I had a quick question. Overall, no complaints—would absolutely buy from them again.

"Solid experience with Elite Race Fab (2018 M3 build)"
Just wanted to share my experience. Ordered a Secret Sauce downpipe and intake for my 2018 BMW M3. Shipping was quick, communication was on point, and everything showed up exactly as expected.
Install was smooth, fitment was good, and the car sounds insane now. Throttle response is way better and the car feels way more aggressive. No drama, no sketchy stuff, no runaround.

"Return process was frustrating"
The parts didn’t fit right, so I had to send them back. I’ll be honest, I already had a feeling the return process might be a pain, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. Replies took longer than I expected, and the refund was slower than I would’ve liked. I did eventually get my money back, so it worked out in the end, but the whole thing was annoying.

"Scam rip off artist"
Theses guys are fraud. Run. Scam. Don't purchase anything from these fake wanna be veterans!!!! Do not trust. Will rip you off!!!! Ordered a grill called first thing in the morning to cancel. They said i had to let the order through because it was at the warehouse. When the email said still processing. Than charged me over $80 to cancel.
