Wish I had read reviews here first...

Ordered a set of BMR upper a-arm mounts from these guys and knew something was off with them right off the bat. E-mailed shortly after to ask if they could also include the mounting bolts and, no reply. I call... no one answers. Leave voicemail.. no one returns a call. The upper a-arms were 2nd Day Air as I needed to get the car back on the road ASAP. Takes them a day and a half to finally contact me (e-mail) to tell me that.. these are coming from BMR because they don't stock them and that as soon as they had tracking, they would pass that along to me. I e-mail again the next day.. "do we have tracking yet?"... "we will pass tracking along to you when we get it". Meanwhile, the mechanic is furious to have a car taking up a bay and with me, telling him the parts should be 'here' by Friday (ordered early Tuesday). Now it's early Thursday and I don't have a tracking # so I email them... "please cancel this order.. I can get them from Summit next day and that window is closing fast. Confirm the cancellation and I'll order them from Summit".... no reply... nothing. Fast forward to Tuesday of the next week and what do you know... parts from BMR. One set already installed on the car and another, in a nice UPS box.

Taking the issue up with my bank.. no refund on the item cost or the shipping, they just went ahead with the order as if I'd never contacted them...

I like doing business locally, helping local economies, especially veteran owned businesses, but when you treat customers like this, you honestly should not be in business. Dealing with their shop services etc., is probably a different story but they need to hang up their mail order parts business.

"Absolutely horrible customer service"
Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered an intake and was told it was 1 day ground from me being in North Carolina. After 3 messages finally they say it’s actually drop shipping from pa so their site lied. This was 27 minutes after order. I requested cancellation. They say no it shipped ground 2-7 days that’s what I paid for. Then 30 minutes later still no update or tracking, exhausted it never really shipped. After that same interaction through 4 messages. I get one saying oh it’s shipped overnight. That was the next lie. Another 30 minutes later I get a shipping confirmation of 2 day. This company the whole time was angling to get the 10% cancellation fee so they could make free money. This is and will be their argument that their policy is once shipped there is a cancellation fee. Now I might get an intake I told them to cancel immediately yet they lied multiple times until they truly got their order in to turn 14, their drop shipper so they could tell me they won’t cancel. They are frauds.

It gets even better wake up the morning of supposed delivery to it being returned to sender before it ever got on a delivery truck. Also no response from elite race fab all day to provide a refund. This company needs to be avoided. Only in business 3 years and the amount of fraud you see in these reviews.

"Item ordered is what arrived but..."
Item ordered is what arrived, but said item came in a tattered box. It did not fit proper and had to be returned, but there has yet to be an RMA issued or refunded, even though it has been promised two months and I have done everything requested. Watch out for this company, you will not get your money back or item replaced. Clearly you can see the dates - two months of run arounds and to this day still no refund, no RMA invoice, nothing.

"Dishonest Company"
They claim to offer 30 day returns no questions asked. I requested a return by phone and I got an email asking for my patience and not to call more than once because I will not move ahead in the order of return requests. I received my item on 1/22/2023 and asked for a return on 1/30/2023. It is now April and I have heard nothing and they are not answering any of my emails.

"Untrustworthy and Unethical Practices. Avoid"
Ordered a Lift Kit for my truck that was incomplete as advertised. Parts that were received (kit incomplete) did not fit my truck as advertised. Customer Service was almost non-existent; calls left unanswered, voicemails left unanswered, promises to follow-up not kept. E-mail that I did receive seemed copied/pasted, and did nothing to answer questions on my specific situation. Essentially the expectation is that I pay to ship back parts that are incorrect, and pay a restocking fee for the privilege.

$423.91 has been left hanging in the balance since I ordered on 28 Jan 23. I have personally gone above-and-beyond to handle this reasonably. I have offered to bring the parts to FedEx/UPS/USPS as long as I am provided a shipping label. All I ask is for a refund as I did not receive what I ordered. The parts that were provided (kit incomplete) were not installed, and are in the condition that they were shipped in.

I have worked with my CC Company to dispute this charge, and have had difficulty going through that route as well as Elite Race Fab claims they have not made an error.

As a veteran myself, it is upsetting to receive this kind of service when trying to support your own community. Strongly recommend that any potential customer avoid this business, and the months of headaches you will suffer trying to get the issues you will likely have resolved. If your experience is anything like mine, you will be paying hundreds of dollars to have worthless boxes of metal sit on your floor for months.

Dont just take my word for it. I advise looking at the Better Business Bureau reviews for yourself.

"This was a bad experience all the way"
This was a bad experience all the way. I ordered an oil changing bundle kit for the Harley on Feb 6th. I finally was able to get someone on the phone March 3rd, inquiring as to where my order was? I hadn't received any email updates as promised, pertaining to this order This was after several attempts to contact the business over a weeks' time period! I explained how difficult it was to contact anyone and that I was relieved to finally speak to someone. That was met with indifference, and then it was explained to me that this product is on backorder? I was asked if I wanted to wait another week (or so) and I said yes, I'll wait as the price was good, so I'll wait. I got an email the next day saying my order was cancelled and that a refund was issued (and my CC doesn't show that yet, but I'll make sure it did!) It states on the website that they're 'veteran owned', and that looks good and plays on sympathies, but this is a business that should be ashamed of how it operates. I looked it up on the BBB website, which I should've first, and this was posted: BBB Rating & Accreditation: F

"I ordered over $100 worth of oils and…"
I ordered over $100 worth of oils and fluids, and they never sent it. They even denied sending me a tracking number, USPS shows that they have not even received the items for delivery. They ripped me off for over $100 (Look at FINAL UPDATE, I did eventually get my money back after 2 weeks).

Update: After confronting them with the proof above, they now say it was not shipped. Still refusing to give me back my money.

FINAL UPDATE: So after 2 weeks of no shipment, numerous emails and reviews posted, I was finally able to get them to refund my money. It should not take for me to do all of that to get an actual response.

"Not nice or fair"
This company scammed my grandson. He ordered wrong part and within a couple hours realized and cancelled order so he could order correct part. Was almost $700 order - they made him pay $58 cancellation fee

99.99999% Scam site!!!!
I purchased an auto part where it's promised to be shipped out in a day. However 7 days later it's still not shared the tracking.
I reached out for a reason and the response I got is literally saying that I'm an idiot, quote:" apology about the delay and the product can't be shipped out due to a technical difficulty.
A physical product can't be shipped out due to a technical difficulty? They assumed this world is running by completely robot? That's obviously insulting my intelligence.
Call the credit card company and decline the payment.
Do that if you already made a purchase, or stay away from that site. You are welcome!

This a WARNING. company is fake scam nothing good this is the worse purchase I bought online they steal my money I bought a taillights for my car 270 plus 20 for 2 years protection I returned because are defective the told me we go to to checked and send them back but I pay the shipping back 52 dollars and they told me I had to pay 22 dollars extra for shipping back and my money and the item they steal me they are worse than rats

"Empty box scam"
Paid for 2nd day shipping only to get an empty box. Support stopped answering me once I asked for refund. Joke of a “company”. Ended up purchasing from a real reputable brand and had no issues. Buyers beware

"BUYERS BEWARE"
I was notified that the item that was purchased wasn’t able to be shipped to my state. Asked to cancel my order and proceed with processing my refund. I received an email stating it will take about 3-10 business days and order is canceled. On the 10th business day(still no refund), emailed for an update. Was told refund will be done on Friday(which was another 3 days of waiting). It’s now Friday and still no refund. Emailed again asking what is going on and received another email confirmation of the refund except the refund amount is less than the first initial refund amount. Of course no response when I replied about the refund amount differences.

"Bad experience, do not expect timely nor full refund"
I think it is great they are a veteran owned company. That being said I would not do business with them again. My fault for not checking their return policy as it is important for you to note they will charge you 5% no matter who is at fault for the cancellation of an order even before it is picked, packed, shipped, etc, still 5% which can be a lot on a large order.

I even contacted them prior to placing the order to confirm when they could ship and they did not ship in time which was the reason for my cancellation. Oh well they got to keep some of my money, lesson learned, hope it helps someone else.

Also took them 9 days to refund me after telling me it would take 3-5 days.

"Positive experience, good communication from their customer service individual"
I ordered a few small radium and vibrant parts from them which are available on radium's site, but not available at all retailers. They had a small discount for the radium stuff and good prices already. I read a bunch of reviews before ordering and decided to give them a shot. I received an order confirmation and tracking number in a reasonable amount of time. When I got the order one of the small parts was not there. I sent them an email and they sent me another tracking number which showed it was already in transit. Likely it was shipped direct from a different warehouse(most of these sites are drop shipping from the same warehouses) and they should have given me two tracking numbers to begin with. That's my only minor complaint.

I'll use them again in the future if I need more parts and the pricing is good. There's always a risk ordering from not well known companies. I also ordered some parts from mbenzgram despite the overly negative reviews. That company is an absolute scam, check my review for them and avoid at all costs. Reading a few similar reviews for elite race fab I was a little nervous, but their communication was prompt when I emailed with that minor issue and I did receive my parts in a reasonable time frame(~a week from the order date)
